If you haven't seen Last Knight you probably won't get it.
It's very short - my desparately needed comic relief.
THAT'S IT?

"Damn you Nicholas!" shouted LaCroix as he pummelled
the stake into
the floor, "Do it yourself! I told you I was leaving tonight
- with
or without you. Good riddance!" LaCroix mumbled something
about
finding Janette as he flew from the loft.
Nick dropped to the floor next to Nat. He rolled over and
whispered
in her ear, "It's okay, he's gone."
Nat opened her eyes and smiled. "Whew, that was close."
"You're telling me," Nick laughed. "I almost lost
it there for a
minute. Geez, I got tears in my eyes when he started talking
about
life being like peaches or something."
"You're lucky you were right, Nick."
"Right about what?"
"About LaCroix," replied Nat. "About how he'd
never kill you.
About how he gets so wrapped up in his sermons he can't
hear anyones heartbeat over the sound of his own voice."
"Told you so, didn't I?" Nick whispered as he stroked
Nat's hair
and face with his warm fingers.
Nat giggled, "Clueless".
Nick pulled Nat close to him, and kissed her fervently on the
lips.
She felt the rapid beating of his heart next to hers.
"Well, your heart's beating and your blood's
circulating." Nat
whispered, "Make love to me, Nick".
Nick was sweating and struggling to catch his breath,
"Uh....Nat...
I think I just did."
